The export duty on oil from Russia will be reduced by USD 0.6– to USD 15.6 per tonne from 01st of July, according to the data from the Ministry of Finance.
The average price for Urals oil for the period from 15th of May to 14th of June was USD 54.57 per barrel, or USD 398.3 per tonne. The price for North Sea Dated (Brent dated) oil for the period was USD 75.46, thus the Russian grade was traded at the discount of USD 20.89. A month earlier, a barrel of Urals amounted to USD 55.97.
The export duty on light petroleum products and oils will be reduced by USD 0.2 from 01st of July and will amount to USD 4.6 per tonne, while the export duty on dark petroleum products will amount to USD 15.6. The export duty on commercial gasoline will amount to USD 4.6, straight-run gasoline (naphtha) will amount to USD 8.5 per tonne.
The duty on liquefied gas (commercial propane/butane mix) and clean fractions of liquefied petroleum gas will remain zero. The coke duty will amount to USD 1 per tonne.
