A professional skill competition for the title "Best in Profession" has begun at production enterprises of the Orenburg unit of ForteInvest (part of the Industrial and Financial Group SAFMAR of Mikhail Gutseriev).
Representatives of the major working professions in the oil industry (oil and gas production operator, pouring operator, process pump operator, chemical laboratory technician, dewatering and desalinating plant operator) will demonstrate their professional skills and knowledge in the field of occupational health and safety.
In addition, the laureates of the competition in the category "Relay of Generations" will be determined, the prizes for which will be awarded to the youngest participant and the participant with the longest work experience in the profession.
The composition of teams is changed every year. The company provides employees the opportunity to gain new experience and demonstrate their skills.
