Following the results of 12 months in 2020 PJSC "Orsknefteorgsintez" - a subsidiary of JSC "ForteInvest" of Said Gutseriev (a member of SAFMAR industrial and financial group) - transferred RUB 8,286,776,000 to all budget levels and non-budgetary funds, which is RUB 3.6bn more from the same period last year.
The company transferred RUB 7,530,664,000 to the federal budget. Value Added Tax (VAT) and excise duties on oil products comprised the major part of them. The excise taxes amount of RUB 5,787,410,000 is further distributed from the federal budget to the budgets of the Russian Federation subjects.
Payments to the Orenburg region budget for the reporting period amounted to RUB 324,727,000. The most significant line of the tax payments to the regional treasury is the corporate property tax. Orsk budget has been replenished with about RUB 59,731,000 due to the oil refinery. Taxes on personal income, land tax, etc. are transferred to the municipality.
In addition to taxes, Orsknefteorgsintez is making regular transfers to non-budgetary funds. The insurance contributions for payment of labor pensions insurance part of about RUB 262,463,000 was the most considerable deduction sum. Moreover, the funds were sent to the Federal Health Insurance Fund, the Russian Pension Fund, the Mandatory Social Insurance Fund, etc. According to the results of 2020, RUB 371,654,000 were sent to non-budgetary funds.
