The first unit put into operation as part of the next stage of the Program, will be the building of the Nature Conservancy Laboratory (NCL). At this time, finishing works have begun inside the premises. Installation of water supply, water removal, electricity supply, ventilation, heating and air conditioning systems is being carried out, the lightning protection system is under installation.
According to the modernization Program, a spectrometer worth about 1 million RUB, a gas analyzer worth over 300 thousand RUB, a cabinet dryer, a stove and a heated bath for a total cost of 570 thousand RUB, an ultrasonic bath – 248 thousand RUB, a device for obtaining ultra-pure water – 125 thousand RUB and much more were purchased for the new NCL. Over 9 million RUB were spent on the purchase of a ventilation system and furniture. The relocation of the Nature Conservancy Laboratory team from the old building is planned within 3 months.
Alongside with the NCL building, a new 3-storey administrative and household building (AHB) for 930 employees of our enterprise is being built on this construction site. It will include a guardhouse, a milk distribution center, a work wear issuing point, changing rooms for women and men's teams with modern showers and drawers for clean and work clothes. Now, the work on the foundations has been completed, backfilling has been carried out, the steelworks of the building frame are being installed. Work on the supply of the main communications – water supply and removal - has also been completed. On a daily basis, about 100 workers work at the construction site of NCL and AHB.
Other construction sites are also being worked on. The next stage of the
Modernization Program – the construction of a Delayed Coking Unit - is scheduled
to be completed in 2024.
